CapsimOps provides participants with a powerful and easy-to-use platform to experience strategic operations from a business owner’s perspective. At the start of the simulation, each company is struggling due to operational inefficiencies, leading to deficient margins and meager profits. As the operations expert, it is up to the participant to implement new processes to turn the company around. Participants are guided through an interactive onboarding experience designed to help them understand the complexities of strategy with an emphasis on the company’s operations. Throughout the simulation, participants receive timely feedback about their performance in the form of a self-guided debrief. They will need to make decisions in Research and Development, Marketing, Production (Operations), and Finance. INSTRUCTORS: Upon adoption, please contact Capsim Support at support@capsim.com or at 1.312.477.7200 to set up your course and receive a “Course ID” to provide to students to register to your unique course. STUDENTS: After your access code purchase, you will receive a unique “Course ID” from your instructor that will allow you to register and access the simulation and resources.
